Since 2000, Westside Tutor has provided educational support to parents and students in the Okanagan. We work with you to achieve your educational goals and create a personalized study plan using organization tips and retention techniques. We lessen your areas of weakness by building up your strengths.
At Westside Tutor, each student works one to one with a tutor trained in a specific educational field. Our tutors are experienced with teaching and have educational backgrounds ranging in all subject areas and grade levels. All tutoring is instructed in a fun and positive way to engage students in learning. We believe that you are never too old or too young to learn, which is why we assist students of all ages ranging from Kindergarten to mature students in a variety of subject areas.
We encourage open communication between students, parents, and schools. Westside Tutor can help navigate students through online programs such as teacher websites, online reading programs, university and college entrance exams, and more. We have acted as a testing centre for SCIDES distance education and can assist with homeschooling. Westside Tutor understands the busy schedule of student athletes from working with local Kelowna sports teams and is able to help students stay on track with their studies while on the road.
